Local Outsourcing and Contract Staff

Your company may require staff for specific projects or on a contract basis. We can meet your needs by deploying manpower to your company on an outsourcing arrangement. The additional contracted staff recruited will be under our company's headcount. Employment Pass / Expatriate Services

In Malaysia, companies are encouraged to train more Malaysians so that the employment pattern at all levels of the organisation reflects the multi-racial composition of the country. 

Notwithstanding this, where there is a shortage of trained Malaysians, companies are allowed to bring in expatriate personnel. Key posts are posts that are permanently filled by foreigners whereby time post are position filled on specified time.

There are two stages in the employment of expatriates:
a) Application for an expatriate post from relevant authorised bodies determined by the nature of the business.

b) Upon approval of the expatriate posts by the approving bodies, the company must submit an application to the Immigration Department for endorsement of the employment pass.

The Expatriate Services Division (ESD) is the first point of contact for companies who wish to employ eligible expatriates. All companies will need to register with the ESD as a first step.
