雇主的理由

1.为会员缴付公积金 (Use the e-Contribution Facility - Submission of Form A with Payment - Submission of Form A Only - Submission of Payment Only)

2.使用e-CTML功能 (Use the e-CTML Facility, CTML Settlement Submission)

3.检查雇员公积金户口编号 (Check employees’ EPF numbers)

4.为雇员注册公积金户口 (Register new EPF members)

5.计算雇主公积金利息 (Calculate the dividend for employer’s share for Government employer)

6.查询缴付公积金的状态 (Check current EPF contribution transactions)

7.检查户口使用历史 (Check i-Akuan activities log)


注册EPF i-Akuan 的完整步骤

1.前往附近的EPF分行、或有安装EPF Kiosk的地方以获得暂时性的User ID 和Password 或 拨打热线03-89226000查询

2.浏览公积金官方网站 https://www.kwsp.gov.my/home 或 下载EPF APP

3.选择Login Ahli

4.输入从SMS里收到的temporary User ID

5.输入从SMS里收到的temporary Password

6.点击Agree和Next

7.设立新的密码

8.选择Online Image

9.输入Secret Phrase 然后点击Next

10.出现Successful Activation 页面后，就能继续Log in你的EPF i-Akaun了

*User ID之后可选择更改，新用户ID必须含有字母和数字，须有8至16个字符
