SANDAKAN, Nov 24 (Bernama) -- Seven Indonesians were jailed 24 months and fined RM4,000 each or jail six months if they fail to pay the fine for having fake identity cards and temporary documents.

Magistrate Suhailla Selag imposed the fine after Faridah Malik, Salmah Ambotang, Mirnawati Ahmad, Suriadi Baba, Mohamad Siri Kanna, Baba Sappe and Senanghati Benga, aged from 23 to 57 years, pleaded guilty to the charges.
